Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

For domestic shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are typically shipped out by First Class USPS, bigger orders will ship by Priority First Class and reach you within 2-3 business days.

For international shippingShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Earthworm Technologies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Our BloomPucks, EarthPods and TeaDrops are composed of perishable goods (seeds, worm castings, minerals, etc.) that cannot be returned.

It takes a significant amount of time to make our handmade BloomPucks. We use seeds with a 90%+ seed germination rate and test our products in our gardens under various circumstances for effectiveness and consistency. Each BloomPuck contains at least 2 seeds to increase the probability your BloomPucks will grow and we offer our products at a reasonable price that includes 100% eco-friendly sustainable packaging.

We are not responsible for failure to use our product for lack of following instructions properly or nature's random interventions in the garden such as windstorms, extreme climate, or animal foraging & grazing, etc.

We love our customers and average less than 0.5% returns annually, usually due to other circumstances. If you have any issues with our products, please contact us immediately at so that we may help you with proper usage advice or in certain cases an exchange as stated below.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged directly from us. You are responsible for returning the product to us at which point we'll evaluate and decide whether to exchange it for the same item. Please email us at
